FLOTAMAX® flotation reagents for mineral processing and coal enrichmen

Our developed reagent formulas have high adsorption activity to the mineral surface, which is characterized by high absorption speed and strong fixation on it.

The application of our floating reagents reduces reagent consumption by 10-15%, ensures selectivity and improves the process performance, that allows to significantly increase the ash-content of waste and reduce the ash-content of the reagent concentrate, the concentrate yield increases. This is actually always reflected in the test results.

We select flotation reagents with our on-site professional specialist, who customizes products based on each coal-enrichment plant’s technology and mined rock characteristics.

Our reagents have been successfully applied in a number of coal mines where they have proven to be highly efficient reagents for mineral enrichment.

Our developed reagents are efficient, cost-effective, environmentally friendly and designed to combat dust formation during coal mining and enrichment to improve sanitary requirements, work environmental and safety, decrease atmospheric pollution. Our standard range portfolio comprises three developed reagent formulas, and we can create customized solutions for each coal mine (i.e. open-pit mining and/ or underground mining). Dust-binding involves wetting, low volatility, and durable coating to effectively bind, wet and quickly impregnate the dust.
